About About Disability Coach

Specialists who understand YOU!

Sandra Grafe, BSC, BKin, CDMP, GBA has been working with ill and injured workers for 17+ years, providing physical and nutritional support to address all disability-related barriers (medical and nonmedical) and has seen firsthand how patient advocacy is non-existent in our communities. Providing personal and social support while you are recovering or have reached a chronic or permanent state of abilities. Managing illness is the biggest internal challenge you can face; having patient support is incredibly helpful to living your best self, in sickness and in health.

I have been in your shoes while managing a chronic condition myself. The importance of self-care will be the primary focus while helping you navigate medical, workplace and social barriers.

This nonprofit resource will provide BOGO (Buy 1: Give 1) consultations for underprivileged folks who do not have the resources to pay for consultations. Feel free to refer a person in need when you book your own consultation.

Donations are also accepted and appreciated.

All recommendations are based on wellness best practices and do not constitute legal advice. Specialist and legal referrals can be provided should complex situations arise.

Online Appointments Available - Same day if needed!
